Over 4,000 cheese industry leaders, suppliers, marketers and more will gather to share information about the latest in cheese technology, new products, whey opportunities, product safety, marketing and additional issues affecting the industry at this year's CheeseExpo: Global Technology for Dairy Processors.
This event is hosted by Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association and the Center for Dairy Research. Wabash, a member of the WCMA, supplies processing equipment such as silos, process vessels, and stainless steel tanks to the dairy industry.
